Parkway Shenton partnered with ID21 to design and build an integrated clinic – its largest to date – for corporate executives and patients seeking healthcare services in an accessible downtown location in Singapore.

With its global headquarters in Singapore, Ocean Network Express (ONE) is the world’s seventh largest container carrier with an international network of over 130 services to some 120 countries. The company’s increasing commitment to sustainability meant that it needed a new satellite office to serve as an extension of its existing premises in Singapore.

When ID21 was approached by the company to design and build their new Asia-Pacific office at International Business Park, the brief was clear: Mammoet’s senior management wanted to foster an agile work environment by giving its employees flexible workspaces, and create an environment that encourages greater collaboration.

The Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore (CRIS) focuses on developing strategies for national-level clinical research and translation programmes that are under the stewardship of the Ministry of Health (MOH). CRIS’s move to GSK Asia House presented us with the opportunity to introduce a new way of working to its employees. Taking inspiration from the building’s distinct facade and strong connection to nature, we designed a space that draws in plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

ID21 was tasked with setting up the Singapore headquarters of global interactive entertainment brand HoYoverse, the maker of popular video games such as “Genshin Impact” and “Honkai Impact 3rd”. This new office will support the diverse needs of a team of several hundred employees, serving as a key hub for HoYoverse’s global development, distribution and operation efforts.
